Site Manager
Location: Glasgow / Central Belt
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance
Sector: Commercial Fit-Out / Construction
We’re working with an established commercial fit-out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
This is a Glasgow-based opportunity, with projects operating across the Central Belt of Scotland, offering the chance to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality commercial fit-out projects.
The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. You’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and site teams, managing day-to-day site activities and working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

- Manage the day-to-day running of commercial fit-out projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Monitor progress and report against programme
- Manage site documentation, RAMS and health & safety requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Identify and resolve issues effectively throughout the project
- Ensure site activities comply with relevant regulations and company procedures
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out or a closely related construction environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage subcontractors and multiple site activities
- A strong understanding of health & safety requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- A professional and proactive approach to project delivery
