We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to oversee the mechanical and electrical site installation for a major, high-profile Data Centre construction project in Central London.
You will be responsible for driving day-to-day on-site delivery, managing specialist subcontractors, ensuring strict compliance with high-tier quality and safety standards, and ensuring critical milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct daily M&E sub-contractor activities and site operations on a mission-critical data centre site.
- Ensure all installations comply with project design specifications, health & safety regulations, quality standards, and commissioning requirements.
- Hold daily/weekly site briefings, toolbox talks, and progress meetings with subcontractors and site supervisors.
- Work closely with the main contractor, client representatives, and design teams to resolve site queries (RFIs) and technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including RAMS, daily site logs, inspection reports, and progress records.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule and proactively identify potential delays or site bottlenecks.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven Experience: Strong track record as an M&E Site Manager delivering complex building services projects—prior experience on Data Centres, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical infrastructure is strongly preferred.
- Technical Background: Relevant mechanical or electrical trade qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or NVQ Level 3+ equivalent).
