How you'll help power a more sustainable future as a Site Manager
Are you an experienced Site Manager with SHDF retrofit expertise and a strong understanding of listed and heritage buildings? Join us to lead high-quality, compliant retrofit projects that improve homes while preserving their historic character.
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of retrofit and energy improvement works across multiple sites.
Reporting into the operational management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme requirements, health & safety standards, project timelines and customer expectations.

What you'll be doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Supervising subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
- Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and site logistics.
- Carrying out site inspections and quality checks.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on performance.
- Working closely with residents, customer liaison teams and stakeholders.
- Managing site-related issues, delays and operational challenges.
- Attending project meetings and supporting delivery planning.
- Maintaining site records and compliance documentation.
What we'll need from you
Essential
- Previous experience in a Site Manager role within retrofit, construction or energy efficiency projects.
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- SMSTS certification.
- CSCS Black Manager Card.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.

Desirable
- Experience managing social housing refurbishment or retrofit projects.
- Experience working in occupied homes.
- Experience delivering SHDF, LAD, HUG, ECO or Warm Homes programmes.
- Experience with listed or heritage buildings.
- Temporary Works Awareness, Scaffold Inspection and Face Fit Testing qualifications.
