Site Manager
Main Contractor (Building)
Project: New Mixed Used Development
Location: Manchester
Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance or Car + Benefits (Max Salary)
We’re looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of external packages on a major building project, including SFS, windows and façade interfaces, before progressing into the management of internal trades.
- You’ll coordinate subcontractors
- Manage the programme and daily site activities
- Ensure work is delivered safely and to the required quality

As the project moves inside, you’ll oversee trade sequencing, resolve interface issues and drive progress through to completion.
You’ll need experience managing building packages for a main contractor and the confidence to take ownership of your section of the project.

Ideal Candidate:
- Permanent position ONLY
- Main Contractor experience within Building Sector
- Mix of experience in; Multi-room, offices etc.
- All rounder in terms of experience
- Involved from groundwork, external packages and then into internal trades - driving programme, health and safety, quality etc.
