Specialising in refurbishments, conversions, extensions, new-build homes and multi-unit developments, the company manages projects from planning and design through to completion, combining technical expertise with a hands-on approach to deliver exceptional standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Your new role

Site Manager required to oversee the conversion of an existing building into high-quality residential apartments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Director to deliver a refurbishment and conversion project. You will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site activities throughout the building conversion project.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour across multiple trades.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and maintain site standards at all times.
  • Monitor programme progress and report on milestones.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee quality control and snagging processes.
  • Manage site logistics and materials deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering refurbishment, fit-out, or residential conversion projects.
  • Strong knowledge of internal fit-out packages and finishing trades.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualified.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to drive programme and manage site teams effectively.
