Site Manager

Blue Diamond Recruitment is working exclusively with a high quality, expanding house builder on a new Site Manager role for a prestigious development in Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a forward thinking business with ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will take ownership of a traditional build development of approximately 150 homes, with a target of completing three houses per month.

The business embraces the latest technology, using apps to streamline processes and improve efficiency across its sites. With plans to have nine live sites by early next year and 15 by the end of 2027, there is significant potential for career progression as the company continues to expand.

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day to day management of the development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
