About The Role

We are specialists in industrial roofing, providing high-quality roofing services across various sectors including commercial, retail, and educational venues. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we specialise in comprehensive roofing projects.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of roofing techniques, and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material orders, and site diaries.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among site personnel.

Job Requirements

What We Need You To Have

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the roofing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Valid UK driving license.
