About the Role

A Site Services Manager will take responsibility for maintaining, repairing, and supporting all utilities, facilities, and services for an established Technology Company. You’ll bring a wide range of skills across multiple building services, have proven experience of managing a site, and will have solid admin skills.

This Site Services Manager role will be fully on-site. A competitive salary will be offered plus numerous benefits including 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare, 10% Company pension contributions, and more.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Site Services Manager will bring:

  • Proven experience of managing a site with knowledge of H&S Compliance, building and fire regulations, etc.
  • Electrician qualification (ideally) together with a good understanding and experience of building services systems such as heating systems, HVAC, water treatment, and security systems.
  • The ability to maintain site records.
  • Experience of overseeing varied maintenance and installation projects.
  • Strong Line Management skills.
  • Contractor Liaison experience.
