Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Site Manager. The Site Manager will oversee and coordinate construction site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget and timeline requirements. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee on-site teams effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, including operations, safety protocols, and industry standards
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and ensure project goals are met
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution
- Relevant experience in construction site management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Industry-specific certifications or qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the construction industry
