Site Manager - Yorkshire
At Harron Homes, we are passionate about delivering high quality homes and creating communities that stand the test of time. As we continue to grow across the Yorkshire region, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join our Construction team.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a residential development, ensuring homes are built safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a site team, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure every customer receives a home build to expectational standards.
The role:
- Manage the day to day operations of a live residential development.
- Lead, motivate and develop Assistant Site Managers, Trainees and site teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Maintain expectational build quality in line with NHBC standards and company expectations.
- Plan and coordinate subcontractors to achieve build programmes.
- Carry out regular quality inspections and address any issues proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
- Work closely with Technical, Commercial, Sales and Customer Care teams.
- Manage site logistics, materials and labour resources effectively.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

About you:
- Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
- A proven track record of delivering high quality new build developments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- A thorough understanding of NHBC standards and current Building Regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work and a valid CSCS card.
- A full UK driving licence.
