Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment
Location: Norfolk
Salary: Up to £58,000 + package
Start: ASAP / by end of September
Contract: Long-term Social Housing Framework
Future Build Recruitment are working with an established social housing refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Norfolk.
The role will be working on a long-term planned maintenance framework with 10 years left to run, providing excellent long-term security and continuity of work.
The programme covers a broad range of internal and external refurbishment works to occupied properties, so we are looking for someone with strong experience delivering planned maintenance/refurbishment schemes while working around residents.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of refurbishment works across occupied social housing properties, including:
- Managing internal and external refurbishment programmes
- Overseeing subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality
- Coordinating works within occupied properties and minimising disruption to residents
- Working closely with Resident Liaison Officers and the wider project team
- Managing health & safety, site documentation and compliance
- Liaising with the client and maintaining strong working relationships
- Driving projects through to completion and handover

About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous Site Management experience within social housing refurbishment / planned maintenance
- Experience delivering both internal and external works
- Strong experience working on occupied properties with residents in situ
- Good subcontractor and programme management skills
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to complete a DBS check
