Our expertise lies in optimising fleets, charging infrastructure, and operations to maximise the benefits of transitioning to sustainable transportation. With a wealth of experience in delivering comprehensive turnkey charging solutions at scale, we are committed to guiding organisations through a seamless transition towards a greener future. Position overview

The VEV Site Manager will be the on-site lead, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery of civil, electrical and charger installation works. You will run day-to-day site operations under VEV's role as Principle Contractor (and interfacing with Principle Designer), coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, uphold CDM 2015 duties at site level, and keep the programme, quality and cost on track. This is a hands-on role, we value candidates with valid plant/machinery tickets and either a groundworks or electrical background who can step in where needed while primarily leading the site.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
