Site Manager – 33kV Cable Installation

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major energy infrastructure project in Newport, South Wales. The project involves the installation of approximately 15km of 33kV cable as part of a major substation development. The project is currently progressing through the civils phase, with cable installation to follow.

Ideal Background
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within heavy civils / energy infrastructure.
- Experience on onshore wind, HV substations, grid infrastructure or major electrical infrastructure projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of civils, cable installation and site delivery.
- Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, H&S, quality and programme.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Relevant site qualifications such as SMSTS and CSCS.
