Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package

The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction and property development business delivering high-quality residential projects across the Gloucestershire and Worcestershire area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on programme and to a high standard.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects on site, coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers while ensuring quality, health & safety and programme requirements are consistently met.
The Role
As Site Manager, You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards
- Managing site programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones
- Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring high standards of workmanship
- Maintaining strong health & safety standards and ensuring compliance with site procedures
- Managing site logistics, deliveries and materials
- Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team
- Identifying and resolving issues on site
- Attending site meetings and providing regular progress updates
- Managing snagging and assisting with the successful handover of projects
- Maintaining accurate site records and relevant project documentation

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience working as a Site Manager within construction
- Experience delivering residential or high-quality building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
- A strong understanding of health & safety requirements
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- CSCS qualification
- SMSTS
- First Aid
