CTS Group UK is a specialist division of CTS Group, delivering world-class hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects across the Nordic region. As demand for digital infrastructure continues to grow, we are expanding our project delivery teams and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of some of Europe's most advanced data centre developments.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation at the forefront of mission-critical construction, managing large-scale civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works on complex, high-value data centre projects.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Project Managers, Package Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and client teams, you will play a key role in driving project success from construction through to commissioning and handover.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent construction knowledge, capable of managing multiple work fronts and coordinating multidisciplinary teams within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily site operations across civil, structural, architectural.
  • Ensure all construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.
  • Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and site personnel to achieve project milestones and programme targets.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure works are delivered correctly.
  • Coordinate site logistics, construction sequencing, and workface planning activities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project leadership teams.
  • Manage and close out technical queries, design issues, and construction challenges.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained through inspections, audits, and compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Oversee the production and management of site records, permits, inspections, and project documentation.
  • Drive a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across all site activities.
  • Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
  • Support commissioning activities and ensure smooth project handover to the client.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
