Location: Rochester, Kent
Contract: Temporary – 12 weeks
Rate: £300 per day CIS
Clearance: EL1 Clearance required
Trevett Services are working with an established mechanical and building services contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a 12-week project within a prison environment in the Rochester area.
The role will involve overseeing a boiler replacement project working in a non-working capacity and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of works on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing a boiler replacement project
- Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors.
- Provide day-to-day site supervision and ensure works remain on programme.
- Manage RAMS, permits and site health & safety.
- Monitor quality and progress of works.
- Liaise with the project team and prison/site stakeholders.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and to the required standard.

Requirements
- EL1 Clearance – essential.
- SMSTS – essential.
- First Aid – essential.
- Previous Site Manager experience.
- Previous prison or secure-site experience desirable.
£300 per day CIS | 12-week contract | Rochester, Kent
