Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a pub fit-out project in Windsor.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, trades and deliveries while ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day site operations and workforce.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries.
- Oversee internal fit-out, refurbishment and finishing works.
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme.
- Monitor quality, progress and site productivity.
- Complete site inspections and maintain relevant documentation.
- Lead site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure strong health & safety standards are maintained.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, client and wider project team.
- Manage snagging and support the project through to completion.

- Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- SMSTS – essential.
- CSCS – essential.
- First Aid – essential.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
