Role Description
The Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Manager will manage subcontractors and site personnel, monitor progress against project plans, and ensure compliance with relevant contracts, quality standards, and health and safety regulations. This position includes liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams, preparing regular reports, and addressing on-site issues to maintain smooth project delivery. The Site Manager will also support risk management, cost control, and documentation to align with Procom Group’s professional standards and client commitments.

- Candidates should possess strong site management and construction supervision skills, including coordination of trades, scheduling, and daily operational oversight.
- Candidates should possess project management capabilities such as planning, progress monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes, ideally including NEC, JCT, and Design & Build frameworks.
- Candidates should possess health and safety compliance skills, including familiarity with UK construction regulations and best practices for safe site operations.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting abilities, such as progress tracking, documentation, and basic cost awareness to support commercial teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, are beneficial.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent) and experience in sectors such as civil, residential, commercial, or infrastructure are advantageous.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and represent Procom Group professionally on site.
