Site Manager

ATC Colours UK is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Site Manager to lead the day-to-day performance and future growth of our site.

This is a key leadership role combining operational management with commercial responsibility. The successful candidate will be expected to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, identify opportunities for profitable growth, develop the team and ensure that the site consistently delivers outstanding levels of service, quality, safety and operational performance.

We are looking for someone who sees beyond day-to-day operations: someone who understands our customers, recognises opportunities, challenges the status quo and turns commercial opportunities into sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

  • Take ownership of the site's commercial performance and contribute to the development of the wider business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to increase value and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential customer markets.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, anticipate future needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor sales, margins, costs and key commercial KPIs, taking action where required to improve performance.

Site & Operational Leadership

  • Lead the site's day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, efficient and commercially sustainable working environment.
  • Optimise people, equipment and resources to maximise productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that customer requirements are consistently met in terms of quality, service, delivery and responsiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety, environmental, quality and company standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
