Site Manager Opportunity
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial 8 Weeks – Potential Long-Term Work
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a national facilities management and engineering services provider, overseeing roofing works at the headquarters of a major global organisation in Epsom, Surrey.
The initial project will involve an 8-week programme managing roof resealing and guttering works, with the potential to progress onto an additional two wings.

The Role
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of roof resealing and guttering works.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Manage RAMS, site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records.
- Use Procore for site reporting and project documentation.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety throughout the works.

Requirements
- Previous Site Management experience.
- Experience managing roofing, refurbishment or similar works would be advantageous.
- Procore Experience Is Essential.
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Card
- First Aid at Work
- Strong subcontractor management and Health & Safety experience.
- Available to start at short notice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an initial 8-week project with strong potential for ongoing work across the wider site.
