The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You’ll oversee:
- Site operations, programmes and resources
- Subcontractors, labour, materials and plant
- Quality and workmanship
- Health, safety and regulatory compliance
- Site teams and stakeholder relationships
- Identifying and resolving issues
- Project progress and delivery
About You
We’re looking for experienced Site Managers with:
- Proven construction industry experience
- Strong knowledge of construction and building defects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A strong focus on health, safety and quality
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to take ownership and accountability
