About The Role
A Site Manager is required in Devon for a long-term temporary civil engineering contract, paying £300-£350 per day and running until Easter 2027. This full-time supervisory position demands an individual with proven experience managing site operations, coordinating labour, and upholding rigorous health and safety standards on infrastructure projects. The successful candidate must possess a current BPSS clearance, SSSTS Gold certification, and a valid CSCS card at NVQ Level 3 or 4. Daily responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, monitoring progress against schedules, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor / Assistant Site Manager
- Current BPSS clearance
- SSSTS
- Gold CSCS Card – NVQ Level 3/4
- Strong site supervision and health & safety experience
Due to the nature of the project, candidates must already hold the required clearance and qualifications.
