Project: Modular Office Build & Fit-Out
Trevett Services are working with a leading national FM provider to recruit a Site Manager for a project based in Newton Aycliffe.
The project involves the construction and fit-out of a modular office within an existing warehouse, overseeing the build through to the M&E and fabric fit-out.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the modular office build.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Manage the M&E and fabric fit-out works.
- Manage RAMS and site health & safety requirements.
- Use Procore to manage and maintain relevant site and project documentation.
- Monitor programme, quality and progress.
- Liaise with contractors, project teams and client representatives.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous Site Manager experience.
- Experience delivering modular, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Previous Procore Experience – Essential.
- Good understanding of M&E and building fabric works.
- Strong subcontractor management experience.
- Good knowledge of RAMS and construction health & safety.
- SMSTS, CSCS, IOSH and First Aid preferred
