Site Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical installation projects across the water and wastewater sector.
This is a hands-on role covering site management, H&S, subcontractor coordination, planning and client liaison, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Clients to deliver projects safely, on programme and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day site delivery of M&E installation works
- Coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant and materials
- Managing H&S, quality, RAMS, permits and project documentation
- Liaising with clients and project teams to keep works on programme
- Supporting planning, progress reporting and project handovers
- Ensuring works meet client specifications and company standards

What we’re looking for:
- Site Management / Project Engineering experience within M&E, utilities or civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of H&S, safe systems of work and CDM
- Experience managing subcontractors and site activities
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable:
- Water/wastewater experience
- SMSTS
- CSCS Manager Card
- First Aid
- EUSR Water Hygiene
- NEC experience
- Knowledge of RAMS/ITPs. Training can be provided where required.
