Astute’s Power Team is partnering with a leading high voltage specialist with a commitment to professional development and sustainability, to recruit a Site Manager around Bristol.

The Site Manager role comes with a salary of up to £52,000 basic doe, plus up a 25% performance bonus, a yearly profit share (~£8,000), guaranteed overtime and much more.

Responsibilities and duties of the Site Manager role

Reporting To The Operations Manager You Will

  • Manage the sites on a day-to-day basis
  • Working closely with technically skilled teams and providing practical oversight.
  • Reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
  • Conducting and reviewing toolbox talks.
  • Supporting site compliance, safety and quality requirements.
  • Ensuring works are progressing correctly and to the required standards.
  • Being a visible, hands-on presence on site

Professional Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an approved electrician
  • SMSTS qualified
