The Role
The role of the Site Manager Cladding & Refurbishment:
- Site Manager position covering the South West, dealing with a range of commercial refurbishment projects, covering groundworks, roofing, faades, carpentry, internal fit-out, decorating and finishing
- Site based role supporting the project manager ensuring the smooth running of major projects
- Managing and coordinating direct labour, subcontractors, suppliers and other key stakeholders on site
- Planning and scheduling works in line with project programmes, ensuring deadlines and budgets are achieved
- Preparing work schedules for installation teams and coordinating site logistics
- Monitoring project progress, quality, productivity and resource allocation throughout
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards on projects and ensuring full site compliance
- Carrying out quality inspections, snagging, close-out procedures and providing regular project updates to clients and internal teams

The Ideal Applicant

- Must have Site Management experience within the construction industry, ideally covering refurbishment, fit-out, building maintenance or a related trade sector
- Must have NVQ (or equivalent) & SSSTS/SMSTS (or equivalent)
- Highly advantageous to have experience with M&E works
- Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
- IT literate in Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
