Location: Near Salisbury (Site Based) Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Outside IR35) Rate: Hourly - Dependent on Experience Start Date: Flexible Duration: Ongoing Rolling Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on an ongoing contract near Salisbury.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating contractors on site
- Reviewing and collating RAMS prior to work commencing
- Ensuring permits to work are completed and authorised before activities begin
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety across site
- Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring progress is maintained on the shop floor
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Manager role within a similar environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures, RAMS, and permit-to-work systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and maintain programme delivery
