We're Hiring!
As our order book continues to grow, we're looking for Experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to join the team at Cara Brickwork.
Working on commercial and residential developments valued between £50k and £15m, you'll play a key role in delivering quality masonry packages safely, efficiently and on programme.
The Role
- Programme management and coordination with main contractor teams
- Site safety inspections and compliance monitoring
- Toolbox talks and workforce engagement
- Material ordering and logistics management
- Progress and coordination meetings
- Quality assurance and ITP compliance
- Management of site instructions and variations
- Coordination with other trades
- Driving a positive safety culture on site

- Brickwork background
- Strong understanding of drawings and specifications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Competent IT skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Team player with leadership qualities
