Job Description Summary
Are you ready to lead the infrastructure projects powering the energy transition?
We are seeking a proactive Site Manager to join our Power Conversion team. In this role, you will be the technical and operational heartbeat of our industrial projects, leading field teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex electrification systems. If you are a collaborative leader who thrives on site and takes pride in operational excellence, we invite you to help us build a more sustainable future.
What you will accomplish
You will be the primary point of contact for the end-to-end site lifecycle, from initial tender to final commissioning. You will:
- Lead Project Planning: Shape the success of our projects by coordinating site scheduling, estimating costs for installation work, and planning infrastructure requirements during the tender phase.
- Drive Execution: Manage the mobilization of site teams, oversee construction progress, and ensure that our "Construction Operating Rhythm" is consistently applied across all project sites.
- Champion Safety and Quality: Uphold our unwavering commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. You will proactively manage risks, perform quality inspections, and ensure all contractors meet our high performance and safety benchmarks.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Act as a bridge between design offices and site teams, ensuring data flows efficiently and that stakeholders are kept informed through accurate, timely progress reporting.
- Manage Field Operations: Take ownership of site budgets and staffing plans, ensuring that our technical solutions are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
