Site Manager – Externals | West London | £325pd PAYE

A leading UK residential developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee RC frame and external works on a major residential development in West London.

The project comprises a 24-storey RC frame tower, with the successful candidate responsible for managing the delivery of RC frame and external packages, reporting directly to the Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing RC frame and external works through to completion
  • Overseeing soft and hard landscaping packages
  • Managing temporary works and rebar activities
  • Coordinating brickwork and bolt-on balcony installation
  • Overseeing waterproofing and associated external works
  • Maintaining high standards of QA and site quality
  • Managing subcontractors, programmes and site logistics
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme

Requirements

  • Proven Site Management experience on residential developments
  • Strong RC frame and external works experience
  • Experience on mid to high-rise projects
  • Valid CSCS and SMSTS
  • Strong QA and subcontractor management experience
