Linsco are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a project in Mansfield, with the role primarily focused on finishing and snagging works.
This is a part-time opportunity, with the successful candidate required on site for 2 days per week over the next 3 months.
The Role
- Location: Mansfield
- Duration: 3 months
- Days: 2 days per week
- Rate: GBP280 per day
- Start: ASAP

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the final stages of works on site.
- Managing and coordinating finishing and snagging activities.
- Monitoring subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Identifying and resolving outstanding defects and issues.
- Ensuring plots are progressing towards completion and handover.
- Liaising with subcontractors, site teams and senior management.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety and housekeeping.
- Keeping on top of the programme and ensuring outstanding works are completed within agreed timescales.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, Finishing Manager or Assistant Site Manager.
- Strong experience within new build housing or residential construction.
- Good knowledge of finishing, snagging and handover processes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Relevant CSCS card and site management qualifications.
- A proactive approach with a strong eye for detail.
