Job Description

Site Manager - Glasgow, Scotland
Travel - Salary Circa 45K plus vehicle

Responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of Smart Homes and renewable energy projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, subcontractors, and installation teams, providing leadership and ensuring quality workmanship and customer service.
  • Coordinate with senior management, procurement, and supply chain to ensure effective planning, materials, and project delivery.
  • Experience across renewable energy installations, including Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps, with an understanding of whole-house retrofit.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, RAMS, Toolbox Talks, and relevant legislation, including PAS 2030 and PAS 2035.
  • Monitor project programmes, progress, costs, and quality, providing regular reports and chairing site meetings.
  • Manage customer queries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure company quality, environmental, and health & safety procedures are followed and records maintained.
  • Keep up to date with industry regulations and developments, including HSE, Ofgem, and retrofit requirements.

  • Strong organisational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, and full driving licence.
