As a Site Manager within our Manufacturing Logistics business, you'll take ownership of a fast-paced operation where people, performance, safety and customer success come together every day. What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operation, ensuring a safe, efficient and high-performing manufacturing logistics environment.
- Develop and inspire a diverse team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with customers, becoming a key partner in supporting their operational goals.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring contractual KPIs, service levels and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
- Take ownership of site financial performance, managing budgets and delivering against profitability targets.
- Champion a Safety First culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal and company standards.
- Lead change, improvement and growth projects that enhance service, productivity and operational performance.

- Have proven leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or operational environments.

- Are commercially aware and comfortable managing budgets, costs and operational results.
- Lead with a strong focus on safety, compliance and creating efficient ways of working.
- Can successfully complete the required pre-employment screening and security clearance process.
