Job Title: No.1 Site Manager

We are seeking an outstanding No.1 Site Manager to take site leadership of a £15M, highly bespoke residential project in West London. Working for a private client, this scheme demands the highest level of craftsmanship, uncompromising attention to detail, and seamless coordination of complex architectural features and luxury finishes.

You will hold full operational responsibility for the site, steering the project from structural modifications through to intricate fit out and ultimate handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Ownership: Serve as the primary lead on site, managing day-to-day operations, logistics, and site personnel with precision.
  • Luxury Standards: Drive exceptional quality control across all trades, ensuring bespoke joinery, specialist stonework, home automation, and high-spec MEP packages meet perfection.
  • Subcontractor & Specialist Management: Lead high-end trade contractors, specialist artisans, and direct labour, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Programme & Planning: Drive the detailed construction sequence, identifying potential risks early and keeping short-term lookahead programmes strictly on track.
  • High-End H&S & Site Presentation: Maintain an immaculate, secure, and safe site environment reflective of a premium residential project.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work in close collaboration with the private client’s representative, architect, structural engineers, and interior design team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
