Salary: Up to £72,000 + Car/Car Allowance
Job Type: Permanent
We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a new residential development in North Devon, delivering high-quality traditional build homes.
This is a great opportunity to join an established housebuilder with a strong benefits package and a long-term pipeline of work.
The Role
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the development
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Manage quality, programme and site health & safety
- Work closely with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise on site

About You
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within housebuilding
- Strong knowledge of traditional build construction
- Experience managing residential developments from start to finish
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
