Location: Glasgow
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 3 Months
Start: Immediate
Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work with a key fit-out contractor on a project in Glasgow.
The project involves the conversion of an existing commercial unit into a new veterinary surgery, managing the fit-out through to completion.

The Role
- Day-to-day management of the site and subcontractors
- Managing the fit-out programme and ensuring works remain on schedule
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout
- Liaising with the client and project team
- Managing snagging and project handover

Requirements
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Proven Site Management experience
- Fit-out/refurbishment experience preferred
- Ability to manage projects through to completion
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 3 months
