Site Manager Required for New Build Residential Project

Site Manager required to join leading high-end developer for a new build residential project in the Cheshire/Lancashire area.

About the Role

The Site Manager will ideally come from a residential background with SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS, with experience in managing projects from inception through to completion. The Site Manager's career history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi-unit sites building houses, flats, apartments, and high-end residential.
