About The Role

Job title: Site Manager - Lincolnshire

Division: Building

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to be based at a Precast Façade Facility in Lincolnshire, overseeing the offsite production and quality management of façade elements for a multi-million-pound student accommodation development in central Manchester. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a major construction project, overseeing the offsite fabrication of precast façade panels and the installation of window frames within the manufacturing yard.

This position will suit an individual with strong façade, precast concrete, or building envelope experience who can effectively manage quality, programme, safety, and coordination activities in an offsite production environment.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will act as the key link between the precast façade manufacturer and window installation contractor, ensuring that programme requirements, quality standards, and production targets are achieved.

You will oversee all activities within the yard that would typically be managed on a construction site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required specification before products are transported to site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the offsite fabrication of precast façade panels.
  • Coordinate the installation of window frames into precast units within the manufacturing facility.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the precast manufacturer, window installation teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with project programmes and production schedules.
  • Monitor and maintain quality assurance procedures, inspections, and testing requirements.
  • Review and complete quality records, check sheets, and handover documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all SHEQ requirements and company procedures.
  • Coordinate daily activities and monitor progress against agreed targets.
  • Identify and resolve quality, programme, and logistical issues proactively.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to project management teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
