Location: Hayes, West London

A leading specialist construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Package Manager to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre development in West London.

You'll be responsible for leading the safe, compliant and successful delivery of allocated construction packages, ensuring works are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with engineering, commercial and construction teams, you'll coordinate all aspects of package delivery from construction readiness through to successful handover.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the delivery of allocated construction packages from planning through to successful completion and handover
  • Coordinating engineering, commercial, procurement and construction teams to ensure efficient package delivery
  • Managing package programmes, monitoring progress and implementing recovery plans where required
  • Overseeing package budgets, forecasts and commercial performance while identifying risks and opportunities
  • Coordinating design development, technical interfaces and construction readiness to support successful delivery
  • Managing subcontractors and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
  • Driving quality assurance, ensuring works are delivered right first time and managing NCRs through to close-out
  • Monitoring health, safety and environmental compliance across all package activities
  • Supporting the development of junior team members while promoting collaboration and high performance

What we're looking for

  • Experience leading the delivery of construction packages on major building or infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing programme, resources and package performance
  • Good understanding of construction methodology, contract administration and stakeholder management
  • HNC, Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Professional membership (CIOB, ICE, APM or equivalent) desirable
  • Temporary Works knowledge is advantageous
