Make a Difference
The Site Manager will oversee supply chain at Community Hospital South. The Manager oversees site operations and process workflows, team growth, and team performance. This position works closely with the department Director on overall facility management plan and will have full working knowledge of all department roles and responsibilities. The manager works directly with the Director in development of the team, process needs, staffing, budget process, & department communication. Represents Supply Chain distribution on Network Value Analysis team and meets with Clinical Department leaders to assess supply needs. Represents Supply Chain in all site management meetings, site construction, & building renovation projects providing input to supply chain functions. Individuals in this role may perform additional related duties as needed.

Applicants for this position should have a strong understanding of the entire logistical process for supply chain. Applicants can manage projects and assignments from start to completion, create contingency plans, and handle multiple tasks competently.
- Four (4) years of distribution or supply chain experience is preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Supply Chain experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel between sites when/if needed and attend network meetings as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Associate Degree is preferred.
- Thinks critically and independently resolves problems.
