Site Manager – Offshore Wind Operations (Eyemouth NNG)
A Snapshot of Your Day
As Site Manager for the Eyemouth NNG offshore wind farm, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of our Offshore wind turbines, ensuring high performance, contractual compliance, and operational excellence. Your day will involve leading site teams, managing customer relationships, coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring turbine availability, and driving a strong Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) culture across all operations. You will work closely with internal departments, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges while ensuring service delivery targets and commercial objectives are achieved.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead all site operations and EHS activities to maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing offshore wind farm environment.
- Manage service and maintenance delivery for the offshore wind turbines to maximize turbine availability and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and line management to technicians and support staff, fostering strong team performance and development.
- Act as the primary customer interface on-site, ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Manage site budgets, reporting, forecasting, and contract performance to ensure all SLAs and commercial obligations are met.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, logistics, and resources to support uninterrupted site operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:
- Significant experience in site or operations management within wind energy, power generation, or a comparable heavy industrial environment.
- Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and developing high-performing operational cultures.
- Proven knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and operational compliance requirements.
- Experience managing customer relationships, service contracts, and commercial performance obligations.
- Strong financial and operational reporting capabilities, including budget management and forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills in complex operational environments.
