Site Manager

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based on site in Rainham.

Location

Site Based in Rainham

Hours

Full-time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Sponsorship

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role managing operational resources on construction projects. You'll be responsible for implementing project plans safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while maximising customer satisfaction and profitability. Working within our Construction business, you'll play a vital role in delivering projects across education, health, defence, and other strategic sectors.

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, You'll Be Working Within The Construction Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Projects Safely And Efficiently. Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Implementing and complying with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures across the site
  • Leading, managing and motivating operational staff to ensure the team contributes fully to project success
  • Managing communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships to ensure satisfaction through to completion
  • Implementing operational project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions

What We're Looking For

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

  • You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification
  • You have a qualification or demonstrable experience in leading operational construction projects
  • You are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body
  • You have proven experience in a site management role
  • You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels, with strong organisational skills and a genuine drive to achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction
