Site Manager
St Mary Of The Angels Catholic Primary School
Salary: Grade 5 SCP 12-17 (£29,542–£32,046 actual)
37 hours per week, (All Year)
Monday–Friday: 6:30–10:00am and 2:00–6:00pm Mon-Thur Fri 2:00pm- 5:30pm
Start date: ASAP
Closing date: Wednesday 7th October 12pm
Interviews: From Friday 9th October.
The Governors of St Mary of the Angels Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a dedicated, proactive, and practical Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and security of the school site.

Responsibilities:
- Site security
- Health and safety checks
- Cleaning duties
- Proactive maintenance
- Basic DIY and repairs
- Supervision of cleaning staff
- Liaison with contractors
- Support for events and lettings
- Acting as a key holder
- Responding to alarms when required
