Site Manager Required In Central London
GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishment and bespoke construction projects across London. The Site Manager will oversee the delivery of a prestigious high-end residential refurbishment scheme in Central London.

- Location: Central London
- Project: Refurbishment of an existing building to create 7 luxury apartments
- Project Value: £8m
- Programme: 70 weeks
- Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package

Responsibilities Of The Site Manager
- You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme, and budget.
- Monitor and manage all works to ensure quality of workmanship is of the highest standard.
- Work alongside the commercial team to ensure the project is delivered successfully.
- Management, control, and mitigation of all risks relating to site activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client and consultant team.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Deliver the project to programme and quality expectations.

Requirements For The Site Manager
- Demonstrated track record delivering refurbishment projects.
- Experience working on high-end residential projects is advantageous.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS.
- First Aid.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Client-facing experience.
- A motivated team player.
