£280 - £300 per Shift CIS | Weekly Pay

Approximately 6 Weeks | Immediate Start (tomorrow, Friday for induction)

Are you a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys leading from the front rather than standing on the sidelines?

We're looking for an experienced Working Site Manager to deliver an exciting retail fit-out within Birmingham Bullring, one of the UK's busiest shopping destinations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a carpentry, joinery, or multi-trade background who is equally comfortable managing subcontractors, coordinating logistics, and rolling up their sleeves to keep the project moving.

Previous experience working within the Bullring or similar live shopping centres would be a major advantage.

The Role

You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project while providing practical support where required to ensure works remain on programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
