Join a growing Social Housing contractor delivering roofing projects across West Yorkshire
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly Ltd is looking for experienced Site Managers to join our Social Housing delivery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with roofing experience to take ownership of projects that genuinely improve homes and communities. You'll join a family-run business with a supportive leadership team, long-term contracts and a reputation for quality within the social housing sector.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of roofing refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, you'll play a key role in delivering successful projects while maintaining excellent customer and resident relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing roofing refurbishment projects from start to completion
- Leading site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Monitoring progress against programme and project objectives
- Managing quality inspections and sign-off processes
- Coordinating labour, materials and plant requirements
- Supporting budget control and working closely with Commercial teams
- Maintaining site records, reports and compliance documentation
- Ensuring a positive experience for residents and stakeholders throughout delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within Social Housing
- Experience delivering roofing or external envelope projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site activities
- SMSTS (essential)
- First Aid at Work (essential)
- Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
