Site Manager - Luxury Apartment Development
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to work for a main contractor to deliver a £4m new build development of 5 luxury apartments in Radlett. The scheme involves a party wall interface, requiring a technically strong and proactive Site Manager with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure the project runs safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve smooth project delivery.
- Enforce health & safety compliance and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Report progress to senior management and liaise closely with the client and design team.
- Oversee all aspects of construction, superstructure, and fit-out stages.

Requirements
- Proven track record managing luxury residential or residential new builds.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid Certificate, and CSCS Card
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
