Site Manager - King Lynn
About Us
Here at LivGreen we are a specialist Retrofit Contractor which provides a one-stop-shop for social and private landlords in delivering high quality retrofit projects. We prioritize teamwork, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager with a passion for delivering energy efficiency work.
This will be a site-based role, travel between sites may be required.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee and manage all operations at the site, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet site goals and objectives.
- Monitor and maintain site budgets, expenses, and resources.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management ability
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software and applications related to site management.
