Job Opportunity: Site Manager
CNX Recruitment is looking for a proactive and highly organised Site Manager, on behalf of a construction main contractor with a strong background in construction project delivery, site coordination, health & safety compliance, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensure all works are completed in line with programme deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting
- Liaise with project stakeholders and management teams
- Manage documentation, permits, and compliance records

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager within industrial, commercial, or infrastructure environments
- Active SC Clearance is essential
- Valid SMSTS certification
- CSCS Card
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations and site safety management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence preferred
