Company Description

Neuman Aqua (NA) is an international design/build company specializing in aquatic facilities, from bespoke residential and commercial swimming pools to large-scale waterpark developments. The company offers end-to-end services, including concept design, product selection, detailed engineering such as hydraulics and filtration, and turnkey project delivery. NA’s designers and engineers bring over 40 years of experience in the aquatic leisure industry and have contributed to some of the world’s most prestigious projects. The team manages all project interfaces and tailors each development to local conditions, cultures, and design and construction requirements. NA also provides comprehensive service and maintenance for residential and commercial pools, water features, and waterparks.

Role Description

The Site Manager / Site Supervisor (Pool & Waterpark Construction) is a full-time, on-site role.

This role oversees day-to-day site operations for swimming pool and waterpark construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards.

  • Coordinating subcontractors and in-house teams
  • Managing materials and equipment
  • Implementing construction plans and technical specifications
  • Monitoring progress
  • Resolving site issues
  • Maintaining accurate site documentation
  • Communicating regularly with project managers, designers, and clients

The Site Manager / Site Supervisor also ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and supports commissioning and handover activities.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience in site management or site supervision within construction, ideally in swimming pools, waterparks, or related civil/mechanical works.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, specifications, and installation methods for aquatic facilities, including basic understanding of hydraulics and filtration systems.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractors and trades, manage schedules, and oversee site logistics and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety, with experience implementing site safety procedures and risk assessments.
  • Current CSCS and SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to give clear instructions, build collaborative working relationships, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and resolving technical or operational issues on site.
  • Competence in basic IT tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, site reporting software) and maintaining accurate site records and documentation.
  • Relevant vocational or technical qualification in construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline; professional certifications in site management or health and safety are an advantage.
  • Happy to work in London and surrounding counties with staying away from home when required
